Any tokens or pre-order reserve fees paid to secure a specific residential pod, BHK flat, or commercial desk are fully refundable within 48 hours of reservation. Once our specialists initiate physical property tours and documentation processes, an administrative processing fee of 15% will be applicable on cancellation.
Installment plans and tailored security deposit financing are facilitated through certified banking partners. Cancellation of active loan/financing agreements is subject to the respective bank's pre-closure guidelines and interest adjustments.
